KAYLA ITSINES SELLS HER 100-YEAR-OLD BUNGALOW IN ADELAIDE FOR A RECORD PRICE AFTER MOVING TO THE GOLD COAST WITH HER HUSBAND JAE WOODROFFE

Kayla Itsines has sold her 100-year-old gentleman's bungalow in Adelaide for $7.3million after moving to the Gold Coast.

The fitness influencer made a profit of around $3.5million after selling the property in March, realestate.com.au reported.

The sale set a new price record for the Adelaide suburb as it was one of the top sales recorded during the past year.

Kayla once shared the home with ex-fiancé and business partner Tobi Pearce after purchasing it for $3.9million in 2017.

After the former couple built their $696million fitness empire together, they split up and Kayla attempted to sell their luxury five-bedroom Malvern property in 2020.

However, she had a change of heart and quickly took the property back off the market without having listed an asking price.

The fitness guru transformed the 100-year-old gentlemen's bungalow into her new matrimonial home.

The property features a pool, tennis court, cellar and multiple living areas.

It also has a five-car garage as well as a CCTV security system, built-in surround sound, a phone-controlled video intercom and gated entry.

The bungalow sits on a 3193sqm block, making it one of the biggest in the popular suburb.

The sale comes after Kayla recently moved to the Gold Coast with her husband Jae Woodroffe and their newborn son Jax.

The fitness entrepreneur officially announced her move to the Sunshine State in January.

'We've officially MOVED TO QUEENSLAND!!!' she informed her 16 million Instagram followers.

She said she was thrilled to be joined by her family as they settled in and that she'll be flying back to her hometown for regular visits.

'To be fair, it doesn't feel real because we really did bring the whole Adelaide crew and both our families with us. So happyyyyy…. P.s dw we still have a house in Adelaide and I HAVE TO fly back every couple of weeks to see my family,' she added.

'Especially my grandparents who don't want me to move …not because they love me too much … but because "too many mosquitoes".'

There were months of rumours she was making an interstate move with her husband  and son.

It started when Kayla was sighted at an home inspection with her mum, daughter Arna and her sister Leah Itsines' husband Mitch Caon.

The two-storey, $7million Mermaid Waters mansion boasts prestigious waterfront living on a 1407 square metre block.

The four-bedroom, five-bathroom property features three-metre-high ceilings, a massive alfresco entertaining terrace that fronts an infinity pool with wet bar seating, as well as a private beach.
