ROAD CLOSED AFTER REPORTS OF STABBING

A man has been taken to hospital after police were called to reports of a stabbing.

Bedfordshire Police were called at 02:25 BST on Tuesday to Downs Road in Luton after a man was reportedly injured.

The victim has been taken to hospital and the road remains closed while a police investigation continues.

The force urged anyone with information to get in touch.
