POLICE MOTORCYCLIST TAKEN TO HOSPITAL AFTER CRASH
A police motorcyclist has been taken to hospital after a crash.
Officers said the motorcyclist was travelling along Loughborough Road, in Birstall, Leicestershire, when he was involved in a collision shortly after 16:00 BST on Saturday.
He was taken to hospital, where his injuries were not believed to be serious, said Leicestershire Police.
Officers said inquiries were ongoing into the circumstances surrounding the incident, and could not confirm if anyone else was involved.
