  • Real estate agent accused of twice assaulting woman
  • Employer will no longer be associated with her

A high profile real estate agent who has been in the business for more than two decades has been accused of assaulting a woman on two separate occasions.

Rebecca Fearon, 48, was arrested at a home in Ryde, north-west Sydney, last Tuesday and charged with two counts of common assault.

Police allege she twice assaulted a woman in April and June.

Fearon was the licensee for Ray White in Balmain, Sydney's Inner West, before moving over to The Agency in 2022.

The company has since revealed they have parted ways with Fearon who has worked in the area for over 25 years.

She is due to face Burwood Local Court on July 11.

A spokesperson for The Agency said they have terminated Fearon's contract and will no longer associate with her after she works 'out her notice period', the Daily Telegraph reported.

Her profile for the company remains online as of Monday and describes her as aiming 'to produce the best outcome and thrives on changing people's lives'.

'Fearon brings a wealth of knowledge to The Agency Balmain where she leads a team of real estate professionals.

'With over 25 years experience in the Inner West real estate market, Rebecca has built a large and loyal clientele due to her exceptional negotiation skills, product knowledge and her honest personable approach.

'Rebecca takes pride in being open and honest when communicating with her clients and showing professionalism and integrity at all times.'

Fearon's website from when she was working for Ray White says she has a 'reputation in consistently achieving a successful result in today’s ever-changing Inner West market place'.

The website also touts Fearon's accomplishments while at Ray White, including five awards as either premier or elite performer from 2017 to 2022.

Fearon had a part in breaking a number of records for property sales across the Inner West, including the $14.6million sale of a waterside home in Birchgrove.

Her matter is set to be mentioned in Burwood Local Court on July 11.
